Day 20
Hi guys, Updating slighly earlier today but will add the picture later. As you may have noticed, I haven't included any blog entries with my latest pictures. I've been feeling slightly under the weather lately and feeling bit low and I can't work out why, I've been keeping myself really busy and planning fun activities to do but everytime I have a few minutes of thinking time, I start to feel low. Is that normal especially someone who is as happy as me? I am hoping it's just passing and nothing too serious.

After a night of late night partying... today was my detox day! So no hair straighteners, no make up and joggers!

Sorry this is one day late but was in Birmingham until the early hours of this morning so didn't get around to posting.
Today was Aneel (my nephew)'s Lohri Party! Basically Lohri is a punjabi festival that is celebrated to mark the end of winter solstice and a celebration of the days getting longer and more sunlight. Burning a bonfire and throwing sesame seeds into the fire, is part of the ritual. After throwing it, people walk around the bonfire and wish for good things for the year to come. Obviously setting up a bonfire in the car park of a party hall is probably not the best idea and probably an arrestable offence, so drum barrel it was!
It was an amazing night, made even more amazing by gorgeous nephew who was slightly cranky and a bit teary, but surprisingly very happy on the dance floor....

13th January
Getting my outfit ready for Birmingham... want to wear a sari to the party but can't decide if I should go for Black or Purple. Although, I reckon I will freeze because they aren't the most warmest things! I am still seriously excited about seeing my gorgeous nephew, have bought him and his gorgeous mummy, loads of presents!!
So today was Friday the 13th and luckily, touch wood, I have managed to get through the day with no disasters! Although, some people's driving should not be let out onto the roads! Do you believe that Friday the 13th is unlucky? Us asians have some weird superstitions, if someone sneezes on the way out, they have to come back into the house take their shoes off and put them back on! Why we do this, no-one actually knows!
Anyways tomorrow I am off to Birmingham so won't get a chance to update until Sunday night, hope everyone's Saturday is gorgeous!

Didn't get a chance to put Day 12's picture up, absolutely ridiculously busy at work and planning for Birmingham on Saturday. So excited about travelling up to Birmingham to see my gorgeous nephew, Aneel! I can't believe I'm an aunt!! Which brings me onto Day 12's picture... my car dashboard. I cannot live without my car and realise just how much I rely on it!

Hi guys, can't believe I'm already on day 11! Crazy right!?! Ok, today's picture is all about the confusion at work... We are re-branding and adding new companies to the portfolio and that has left us all in slight confusion as to who we are and what we are answering the phone as! In the picture with me are Bev and Kelly, both top girls who bring alot of fun into the office!

Took this picture because it's probably the only time my hair is naturally curly... I love my straighteners and don't often leave it curly unless I haven't slept properly haha! So my day was interesting, had meetings at work today, which meant free lunch... didn't help my diet though! So was back on the salad when I got home! haha!

So today has been absolutely full of "busy-ness", my best friend's birthday is at the end of the month and been running around getting her bits plus making her something so finger's crossed she'll like it and my creativity pays off!
So the picture... well I wanted to take a picture of the project so far but thought I won't until I've completed it! I love taking pictures of the sky and in particular the moon, although my camera hasn't captured the moon's beauty well!
